The verdict in three sentences
OfferBank OS is a $12.45 web app that takes an affiliate offer URL and generates the promotional assets around it: a review-style page, emails, social posts, a video script and ad copy, with the "OS" framing meaning it tries to be the whole campaign rather than one asset. What it is, in our words
David Williams (DKL Software) builds "OS" products: a dashboard that strings together AI generation steps for one job. AffiliBank OS (August 2026) did this for affiliate campaigns; OfferBank OS is the follow-up with the same job description. You paste an offer link, the app reads the page, proposes an angle, and produces the asset set - review page, email sequence, social posts, video script, ads - which you then publish wherever you publish. It does not host a site for you, drive traffic or hold an affiliate account; those are the Traffic, Automation and "Income Agent" upgrades, and they are promotional templates and scheduling, not traffic.
The credit packs are the thing to understand. Four OTOs sell 50,000 to 500,000 credits ($9 to $50). A front end sold as a one-time price with credit top-ups in the funnel is a metered product; the Unlimited tiers (Silver $40.30, Gold $58.30) are the alternative to buying credits repeatedly.

Checked on the live sales page on 17 October 2026, launch day:
- "Early-bird discount price $14.95 (normally $67/month)." LaunchPadJV lists the front end at $12.45 with a one-time "regular" price of $47. No monthly plan is listed. The "Special" front-end variant is $19.45 with a $67 regular price, which is probably where the $67 figure comes from.
- Coupon "OB3 $3 off" beside a countdown timer that read 00:00:00:00 at capture.
- "Take a look at what early adopters are saying" with "Verified Result" badges and "$186 per day on average". A per-day income figure attributed to a first-name testimonial on a product that went on sale the same day. "Verified" is the vendor's own label.
- "30 days money back guarantee" stated near the price. We have not tested it.
- "The internet is one giant commission machine" and "launch your commission machine today" frame affiliate marketing as passive; the page's own description of the product (it makes assets, you publish them) does not support that.
- No video embed on the front-end page at capture, which is unusual for the marketplace; a "Watch OfferBank OS in action" section is present.
