The independent database of launch funnels
Every OTO, every price, every launch. Written down.
OTO Ledger records the full front-end, upsell, downsell and bump ladder of software launches on LaunchPadJV and JVZoo: the list price, the price the marketplace calls "regular", the price buyers actually paid, the commission rate, the refund rate and the vendor's launch history. Dated, sourced, no bonuses, no countdown timers.

What OTO Ledger is
OTO Ledger is a data publication, not a review site. For each software launch we publish one page that lists the whole funnel in order - the front-end product, each one-time offer (OTO), each downsell and each order bump - with the numbers that matter to a buyer or an affiliate: list price, the marketplace's stated regular price, the realized average price, the commission rate on every step, the sales band and conversion rate reported by the marketplace and, where the marketplace publishes it, the refund rate.
Around the numbers we add what a careful reader would want: a plain-language description of what the product does, written in our own words; a claims audit of the sales page (pricing claims against the data, testimonials checked, scarcity devices noted, what the FAQ on the page admits); the vendor's track record across previous launches; and what you will find if you search the product name today, including whether an AI Overview appears and who it cites.
Every figure carries the date it was captured. Every page says where the data came from. When a sales page goes dead, the ledger says so instead of pretending the offer still exists.

How launch funnels work
What an OTO is, how launch pricing works, how a 50% launch commission pays out and how to evaluate an AI launch tool.
Why a ledger, and why now
Search for almost any launch product name plus "review" and you get a handful of results: YouTube walkthroughs, Reddit threads, bonus pages that rewrite the vendor's sales letter. Nothing structured. AI Overviews appear on most of those searches and cite those same sources because there is nothing better to cite. In our sample of 374 launch-product searches, an AI Overview appeared on 367 and the median query had fewer than 100 organic results.
A dated, sourced, numeric page is the thing that fills that gap. That is what OTO Ledger is for: one place where the question "what are the OTOs and what do they cost" has a documented answer.
- OTO (one-time offer)
- An upsell shown immediately after a purchase in a launch funnel. A typical launch has a front-end priced between $17 and $47 followed by three to eight OTOs - unlimited plans, done-for-you content, agency and reseller licences - each with an optional lower-priced downsell. The OTOs usually produce most of the funnel's revenue.
How the data is collected
Marketplace data comes from the LaunchPadJV offer listings and funnel feeds and from the JVZoo product listings, release calendar and affiliate reports, re-captured on a weekly cycle. Sales pages are fetched and archived at capture time so the claims audit refers to a page as it existed on a given date. Search data (result counts, who ranks, AI Overview presence, People Also Ask) comes from DataForSEO queries run on the dates shown on each page.
We do not rate products and we do not use star ratings or review markup. We document. Where we express a view, it is labelled as ours and kept to three sentences.
Be first in when the ledger opens
One email when the first pages are live, then a short weekly note listing new launches and new ledger pages. No bonuses, no promotions dressed as news.

Questions people ask
What is an OTO?
An OTO, or one-time offer, is an upsell shown immediately after a purchase in a software launch funnel. A typical launch has a low-priced front-end product followed by three to eight OTOs - upgrades such as unlimited plans, done-for-you content, agency or reseller licences - each with an optional lower-priced downsell. The OTOs usually generate most of the funnel's revenue.
What is OTO Ledger?
OTO Ledger is an independent database of launch funnels. For each software launch on LaunchPadJV and JVZoo it records the full ladder of front-end, OTOs, downsells and bumps with list price, the marketplace's stated regular price, the realized average price buyers paid, commission rate, sales band, conversion rate and, on JVZoo, refund rate. Every figure carries the date it was captured.
How is this different from launch review and bonus sites?
Review and bonus sites rewrite the vendor's sales letter and compete on bonus bundles. OTO Ledger does not offer bonuses, does not use countdown timers and does not copy sales copy. It publishes marketplace data, a claims audit of the sales page and the vendor's launch history, with sources and dates, so the reader can decide.
Does OTO Ledger earn affiliate commissions?
Yes. Links to vendor sales pages are affiliate links on LaunchPadJV and JVZoo and OTO Ledger earns a commission on purchases made through them. The data shown does not change based on commission, and products without an affiliate link are documented in the same way.
When does it open?
The first product ledgers, the launch calendar and the marketplace statistics pages are scheduled for November 2026. The database behind the site already covers more than 3,400 products and 7,700 funnel items across LaunchPadJV and JVZoo.
